- Consistent details everywhere AI looks. Your name, phone, hours, and address should match on your site, your Google Business Profile, Yelp, Angi, and the BBB. Mismatches appear to make AI less sure about you.
- Recent reviews with replies. AI tools seem to read the text of reviews, not just the star count. "Came out same day, fixed the capacitor, fair price" tells it more than a 4.8 rating does.
- Structured data. Schema markup that names you as an HVAC business, lists your service area, and ties your reviews to your entity.
