For Nail & hair salons
Be the salon AI suggests when someone asks for a recommendation.
Salons live on recommendations. The new part is who is doing the recommending. "Nail salon near me that does gel-x," "hair salon in Uptown good with curly hair," "where can I get a pedicure on Sunday." People type those into ChatGPT and Google's AI now, and the answer is a short list of names. A booking link on Instagram does not get a salon onto it.
What AI needs before it recommends a salon
- Services by name, with prices. Gel manicure, dip powder, acrylics, balayage, silk press, keratin treatment. AI tools tend to match the exact service in the question, so the menu needs to be on your site as text. A photo of the price board is far less reliable than words on the page.
- Hours and booking details. Walk-ins or appointments? Open Sundays? These are the questions people ask AI, so answer them on the page.
- Neighborhood and address. "In Uptown" is far more likely to work if Uptown is written on your pages and your Google profile.
- Reviews that mention a service. "Got dip powder, lasted three weeks, no lifting" is the kind of sentence AI tools tend to quote. Recent reviews with replies seem to help more than a single high rating.
- Consistent details. Your name, phone, and hours should match on your site, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and your booking app.
What SightLine builds for a salon
A free demo site first, built from your own photos and service menu. On a paid plan:
- Homepage plus service and neighborhood pages, so each service someone might ask about has a page that says you do it and where, with prices if you share them.
- Click-to-text on every page, because "do you have anything open at 3?" is a text, not a form.
- Google Business Profile setup and schema that identifies you as a nail or hair salon with hours and location.
- A dashboard that tracks whether AI tools name your salon for your services in your area, month over month. (The free check before you sign up compares you with two or three local competitors.)
Growth adds four pieces of content a month, auto-posted to Google and social, plus review request campaigns. For a salon that already posts photos, this mostly means putting the right words next to them so AI knows what it is looking at.

Lina's Nail & Spa, April Spa Nails, and Flawluxe Hair Studio in New Orleans all have sites we built from their own details. Open any of them and look at the service menu pages.
